Hi guys! Back to swatchin'! Today I have the Secret Santa Sack from SuperChic Lacquer. I opened the bag over on the Tube of the You if you want to check that video out, click here! But if you're interested in a more in-depth review of the sack, hop over!
Santa's Secret Sack is a mystery grab bag kind of dealio put together by SuperChic Lacquer for Christmastime. The bag was filled with indie products that total $40 or more. The brands that contributed to the Secret Sacks were "Above the Curve, Alchemy Lacquers, Blue-Eyed Girl Lacquer, Colores de Carol, Delush Polish, Dollish Polish, Ellagee, Jindie Nails, Love Angeline, LynBDesigns, Makeup Monsters, Model City Polish, NailNation3000, Philly Loves Lacquer, Reverie Nail Lacquer, Sea Lore Polish, Sincerely Polish, Smitten Polish, Spellbound Nails, SuperChic Lacquer, Sweet Heart Polish, Wicked Nails, Spectraflair4U and Crazy Sister Polish". The polishes that were included were from Holiday/Winter collections from all those makers!
So here are the polishes I received!

Smitten Polish Jack Frost |
Jack Frost by Smitten Polish is a "light, crystalline blue filled with several sizes of tiny holographic glitters". I've never tried Smitten Polish, a brand I've always wanted to try! This polish is super sparkly and pretty. I wasn't disappointed at all. If you want to see that bottle hit light, check out the video - it's nearly blinding LOL
I did 3 coats of Jack Frost. It had a smooth application and was easy to build up. No issues to report, really. I did wait between coats to ensure dry time.
Crazy Sister Polish Sugar Plum Princess (Pink Sugar scented) over Zoya Margo |

Crazy Sister Polish Sugar Plum Princess (Pink Sugar scented) over Zoya Margo |
Sugar Plum Princess by Crazy Sister Polish is a clear based filled with iridescent glitter of different sizes and shapes plus some light purple matte hex. It's super pretty it reminds me of some sparkling snow. Plus, I have a weak spot for iridescent glitter :P This polish is also scented in Pink Sugar - a very sweet, candy sugar type smell.
I did 2 coats over Zoya Margo. Before applying the polish I had to mix it pretty good. It seemed like the matte purple glitters sank to the bottom and the iridescent part was separated from it. The label said "Sugar Plum Princess | Pink Sugar" so I thought it was 2 different layered polishes? If you watch the video I was SO confused lmfao! Application was easy to work with. It had great glitter coverage, not base-y at all. No issues with dry time. If you're into scented polishes, this one is for you. I can smell it right now through my 2 layers of Seche Vite! That's pretty powerful haha.

Colores de Carol Caramel Swirl |
Caramel Swirl by Colores de Carol is a "medium linear holographic caramel brown with some flakies running thought it". Very pretty brown that does remind me of caramel... caramel drizzled over a Starbucks drink (I have issues, ok?!). I know I said in the video I wasn't sure how I'd like this on myself... I'm still not sure. It's a pretty brown though, and holographic makes it better. I noted in the video and here there were flakies running through it. Sadly, they get lost in layering :[
I did 2 coats of Caramel Swirl. Application was smooth, easy to work with and apply. No complaints in that department! Dry time was great and gave me no problems at all.
Jindie Nails A Surprise Inside over Zoya Tilda |

Jindie Nails A Surprise Inside over Zoya Tilda |
Jindie Nails A Surprise Inside is a green glitter with iridescent and gold flakies in a clear base. In that you can find different colors of glitter floating through it. There's SOOO much going on in this polish! It works though, it looks like Christmas threw up (in a good way lmfao) on my nails.
I did 2 coats of A Surprise Inside. The clear base allows for different layering options, I chose a bright green - Zoya Tilda. Application was smooth and easy to work with despite the crazy amount of glitter. It had an awesome glitter coverage in 2 coats. No complaints on dry time.

Last but not least is Above the Curve Jingle Bell Rock! This is a bright, hot pink, linear holographic polish with tiny metallic multicolored glitter mixed in. Sorry it's hard to see the holographic-ness of this polish; my camera was like holographic or brightness - PICK ONE! Sadly the multicolored glitter wasn't as obvious to the eye on the nail as it was on the bottle, but it still is a fun little touch.
I did 2 coats of Jingle Bell Rock. Application was smooth, easy to work with, and built up nicely. I had no issues applying in. It dried pretty quickly with no problems. However, it did dry slightly bumpy where the metallic glitters were - easy fix with a top coat though :]
So there you have my review! I think this was totally a great deal and a fun idea. I really like all the polishes I received. I also like how different they are from each other :] Sadly, these are no longer available for purchase, but hopefully Jennifer will put them together next year! What a great way to try out a ton of different brands at once - AND their newest collections.
