- STAYING POWER:
From Friday night to Monday afternoon (which is about as long as I go without changing colors), I experienced very minimum chipping. I wasn't kind to my nails... I'm NEVER am kind to my nails. I washed my hair, dishes, worked in the yard... I did life things haha. I was impressed with the wear and plan to give this base coat another spin in the near future.
- STAIN BLOCKAGE:
I applied 2 coats of Bring It On! for a little extra protection, just in case. I honestly wasn't 100% sure it would block the stains because it was almost as if there's nothing on my nail nails; thinnest base coat I've ever used haha. I was trusting, but worried. I've used various base coats with these Sinful Colors polishes in the past and I'd still end up with stains here and there.
These Sinful Colors are the ones that I've experienced the most stain-age with in the past: Why Not, Savage (appropriately named...), and Innocent. Green and Blues with Sinful Colors should be approached with caution, base coat or no base coat haha. On Monday afternoon, I held my breath as I removed the terrible three polishes from my nails. To my surprise there wasn't a damn stain on my nails!
If you're in the market for a new base coat or just want to support indie brands, I'd give this one a shot. I might actually base coat before swatches now since this dries so quick LOL (don't hold it against me though, I'm lazy).
