The giveaway is open to everyone who is 18 years and older (or with parents' permission) worldwide.

All winning entries will be verified before drawing a random winner. If entries are not valid, the next person will be selected. If duplicate entries are found from one, single, person - that person will be blacklisted and banned for cheating from all Lace & Lacquers giveaways.

Winners have 48 hours to claim their prize and will be emailed/announced on the following Manic-ure Giveaways Monday post. I will indicate in the winning email the time and date to respond by.
