MAISIE SHINE: Dragon Scales (+stamping!)

Wow! I can't believe it's Wednesday already!

Maisie Shine Dragon Scales

Today I have a polish for you from a recent purchase I made from Maisie Shine, Dragon Scales!

This is part of one of her duos! It comes with another polish called Fairy Tales, but I'm not a pink fan ;)

Here's a bottle shot to make you drool!

And swatches to make you drool more:

Why are the prettiest polishes do hard to capture!? This polish is super shiny! (part of the reason why there's outdoor swatches haha) Maisie Shine describes it as "a green polish with hints of blue and is littered with gold glitters." The 2nd and 4th photo shows some of the blue flashes! I wasn't expecting this to be a duochrome polish but it only sweetens the deal! You guys know I loooove green polishes and I especially love green with gold! This truly reminds me of dragon scales, the glitter gives it a texturized look. But don't worry, not too texturized! Just awesome dimension! I did 2 coats of Dragon Scales and it was great, everything went smooth andddd dried SUPER fast (as most Maisie Shine polishes seem to do)!

I had to keep the "Fairy Tales and Dragon Scales" idea but... I just can't do pink bahaha! So I used a plum color, Revlon Plummy (one of my favorite Revlon polishes, I believe it is discontinued), and stamped on a floral design with a new plate from Bundle Monster!

You can find Maisie Shine on Etsy, here! Her polished are $9 for a full sized bottle or, $4 for a mini. You can find Dragon Scales as a duo with Fairy Tales or you can purchase them separately.

You can also find Bundle Monster plates, new and old sets, here! And if you need a tutorial or some tips on stamping, check out my YouTube video!

See ya guys tomorrow! Have a happy hump day,
Lacey

  4. Oh god. I fell instantly in love with this and went right to the shop on Etsy and bought Dragon Scales and Moonshine. Still awaiting my delivery :) pretty excited though! Do you think there is anything out there that can compare? I think this one is really unique! Seems to have a foil finish too, which I love!
