Here's another gem from Starry Earth! I figured I'd share this one today because I know how everyone loves milky polishes! :] Review and swatches after the jump, as always!

It seems like everyone still is in the "I love milky glitter polishes" phase haha, I think I'm milked out! It's good to see one every now and then, though!

Does Honor Bound remind you of candy?? That's what I think of! I did 2 coats of Starry Earth Honor Bound over Revlon Lilac Pastelle. I could of got away with 1 coat of Honor Bound but I really wanted the layered effect. 

Honor Bound has great glitter coverage in a single coat! Honor Bound's base is a shimmery, milky, light pink and you can find red squares, light blue, blue and purple hex mixed in. The formula was smooth but sometimes the glitter tended to clump a bit, which is fixable with multiple brush strokes. I'd rather have multiple brush strokes than a sparse glitter!
