Today's the 11th day of the 12 days of Christmas Challenge! And the theme is tinsel!

I was going to paint tinsel alternating creme and holo polishes but, I was like "HEY! I've never used this bar glitter that I had to have when I saw it at the store"... and SO this manicure was born!
I kind of wish I didn't use the iridescent bar glitter on my pinky and pointer, I like how the metallic bar glitter looks more. I think the iridescent would of done better with the white polish I had initially planned to use as the base... oh well!

I painted the base with Butter London British Racing Green, to represent a Christmas tree. Then, I used top coat and an orange stick to make a zig zag pattern on each nail. After that I used the orange stick again to apply the bar glitter. I did this twice to make it look more thick.
I patted the bar glitter down as it was drying and then used a fan brush to brush off excess glitter. I used my cuticle nipper to cut any glitter ends that were poking off the tips and sides of my nails. After that, I top coated it twice!

See you tomorrow for the FINAL day of the challenge!
Have a great evening :]
