HARE POLISH: Flight of the Flamingos, Dancing Bird of Paradise, & Neon Palms

Hare Polish (L->R) Flight of the Flamingos,
Dancing Bird of Paradise, and Neon Palms

Happy Friday! Today I have something special to show you. I often get asked what my favorite indie polish brand is, and today I get to share it with you. To me, Hare Polish puts out super unique polish mixes with great applications. Obviously, if you look in my tags there's only 1 tag for Hare Polish. I kinda hoard them and keep them to myself, I probably have like 6-7 I haven't swatched lmfao. I treat them like my children, it's kinda sad hahahah.  Just because it's my favorite brand doesn't mean I'll review any lighter, just saying I'm excited to share with you :] After the jump I have 3 polishes from Hare Polish's latest collection: The Tropics are Calling.

First up is Flight of the Flamingos, it is a "light grey jelly base with those striking neon pink glitters in various shapes/sizes, gold glitter & shimmer as well". This was my 2nd favorite polish in the collection. The depth of this polish is awesome, not to mention it is an awesome balance of a neutral colors and neon glitter.

This was 3 coats of Flight of the Flamingos, plus top coat. It was a little thirsty without a top coat, but no big. It had a great smooth app and a great dry time for a 3 coat jelly. I also really enjoyed the amount of glitter this polish has.

Dancing Bird of Paradise is a "bright cherry red jelly base with a blend of various shapes/sizes of neon pink, satin white & gold glitter plus flaky gold shimmer". This is very similar to the look of Flight of the Flamingos, just with a few different glitters and a juicy red base. Not sure how much I like the neon pink with the red but I do like how sparkly this polish is and how squishy it looks.

I did 2 coats of Dancing Bird of Paradise, which is pretty good considering it is a jelly polish. I did add top coat because it was also thirsty without it. Larger glitter was easy to get out and the glitter coverage was good to go. I didn't have any application issues and the dry time was impressive for a jelly.

I saved the best for last, well in my opinion the best haha. This one was SO unique to me I had to purchase it. The colors are great and the it's such a unique combo. Neon Palm is a "dusty, muted green jelly base brimming with a mix of neon pink & copper glitter in several shapes/sizes. This shade is accented by a soft copper shimmer". The copper shimmer is awesome and so is the depth. This is like a dream polish to me haha.

I did 2 coats of Neon Palm plus top coat, again it was thirsty. This application was a little thick from the amount of glitter in the polish, but it wasn't unmanageable to apply. The dry time was great though, no issues other than the somewhat thicker application.

This collection is super fun to me and I like it a lot more than the Spring collection personally. I need to buy the blue jelly from the collection, Mad Chill! The peachy jelly is really pretty, but I don't think that color looks nice on me haha, sadday!!! For restock info, I'd check Hare Polish's Facebook and Twitter frequently :]
