Hey there! Today I have the last of the You Polish 'Tis the Neon Collection to show you. This polish is called Pop Graffiti. Sorry there's no label haha somehow I got acetone on my hands and rubbed the pretty label off :[ After the jump I have swatch and review of You Polish Pop Graffiti! Take a look :]

There's a lot of stuff going on in this multicolored neon polish! I think the black shards and hex really convey the "graffiti" look in Pop Graffiti. Pop Graffiti is described as "a multi-colored clear glitter topper containing pink, red, blue, green, teal and yellow hexagon glitters, black and white shreds with a splash of holographic dust". Only a litttttllleee vit of the white shards ended up on my nail, but I think I like it better without them haha.
I did 2 coats of Pop Grafitti over Wet n Wild The Clock Strikes Orange. Application was nice and smooth and gave me no issues. With the dry time I'd wait a little between coats to avoid pulling a not-so-dry layer under it. I didn't wait on one of my fingers and it caused the 2nd layer to pull on the 1st layer and the orange :-\ It's all good though, I just waited about a minute longer after I discovered that and I didn't run into any more drying issues!
