Today I have a look at 2 top coats from New York Color to share with you! The first is a top coat with lossa sparkly glitter and the other is a matte top coat! Jump over to find out more :]

NYC's Sparkle Top Coat is a clear base with blue, pink, orange and gold micro glitters. To me the macro is 10x more interesting than the polish itself haha. It's a little on the boring side in my book, but it's a great polish that you can add to a variety of colors for a touch of glitter. Plus, it's only like $2! Haha.
I did 2 coats of Sparkle Top Coat over China Glaze Traffic Jam. The application was great with no issues and it lives up to it's label of having a 60 sec dry time. I thought this would be more packed with glitter, closer to full coverage but that's okay - just if that's what you're looking for it's not this haha. It's def a topper.

Matte Me Crazy is NYC's matte top coat (duh, Lacey). I did 1 coat over each nail. I didn't find this to be
as mattifying as Hard Candy, Butter London or Essie's matte top coats. It's like matte but not totally matte? It still has some sheen to it. It's not horrible, it's matte enough, but it's not my favorite matte top coat. Since they don't make the Hard Candy version, $1.99 for this isn't a bad deal.

These decals are from
Born Pretty Store. I'm not a fan of decals on my nails, I prefer them on pedicures because they don't lay flat enough for me haha. Anyways, I used a few in the first picture. I then added the NYC matte top coat to keep the manicure matte. I think it made it look cool!
