I did some creepy dripping blood using a detailing brush and Killer Queen Varnish Red Red Wine (swatched here!) over China Glaze Immortal. I knew the minute I swatched it, I wanted to create this manicure. I kinda wish I didn't do the dripping, but it is what it is. I really like Red Red Wine and Immortal together though!
Dripping blood nail art using Zoya Storm and Killer Queen Varnish Red Red Wine |
My first attempt was with Red Red Wine and Zoya Storm. The idea was nice in my head, but sadly Storm was too dark to see the dark red "blood". It was even harder to see in person than in my picture. Bad news bears. I did like my drips better though... I think... only because I could hardly see them LMFAO!
Hope you enjoyed this creepy mani! Can't wait to show you what I might come up with on Friday! I say might, in case I mess it up bahahahhahaha. By the way, my last Blogoween mani was featured in a PopSugar Beauty article! Check out my Ghostbusters mani and 69 other awesome Halloween nail art ideas - here!
PS: To get you into the Halloween spirit, I have a HUGEEEE giveaway going on. Don't forget to enter before it's too late! It's a-live until 10/16! Mwhahahahah :D
Oh, I LOVE it! I want to do a dripping blood mani soon, myself, but don't have a big enough dotting tool. I love how yours came out!
ReplyDeleteThanks! I didn't even use a dotting tool, just my detailing brush :] You can always push and pull with a dotting tool to create bigger dots, too! That's what I do sometimes.
DeleteSeriosuly SO COOL!!!
