SINFUL COLORS: Maroon Fine & Star Blast-Off

Hey there! Today I have 2 new polishes from Sinful Colors to share with you. I could of saved these for Forget Me Not Friday, but I picked these up last week and they've been begging me to be swatched :P There's a 99 cent Sinful Colors sale goin' on at Walgreens this week, so this post has good timing haha. Sinful Colors Maroon Fine

Maroon Fine new for 2015 from the Street Fusion Collection. It is described as a "rustic orange with red shimmers". I was first drawn to the unique red-orange color of this polish, then the colorful shimmer sealed the deal haha. I know there's a green one from this collection, kicking myself for not getting it. I might go hunt it down after this post is up ;]

I did 2 coats of Maroon Fine. It had a nice opaque, easy to apply formula that gave me no issues. Dry time was great and dried quickly.

Sinful Colors Star Blast-Off over Maroon Fine

Star Blast-Off is new this year in the Summer 2015 Having a Blast Collection. This is described as a "burst of red, white, blue glitter" - a mix of various matte red, white, and blue hex sizes plus white stars. Very fun patriotic glitter topper at a great price! PERFECT for the 4th of July! Just a note, pay attention to what bottle you're grabbing... not all of them are packed with star glitter.

I did 2 coats of Star Blast-Off over Maroon Fine. (Not sure why my ring finger looks like 1 coat, whatever LOL) I didn't have any issues with application. The glitter coverage, besides my ring finger, was great per coat. The stars came out sparingly on their own, some fishing may be needed but they are nicely suspended about the polish. No dry time issues if you're making sure the coats aren't super "basey".

So there ya have it, 2 new polishes from Sinful Colors for this Summer. Heading to Walgreens after this to go find that green LOL! I haven't hauled an entire collection for awhile... it's been a minute since I've liked any of their new colors. Did you pick up any Summer or sale Sinful Colors?
