Happy 4th of July, guys! Today I have my 4th of July themed mani to share with you :] I haven't done nail art for awhile but I whipped out my striping brush for AMERICA! More pictures and details of how you can recreate this mani after the jump!

First I'd like to say, this manicure was inspired by this 4th of July themed cake.

Secondly, if this was the cake inspired outfit/mani challenge on RuPaul's Drag Race -
I'd SLAAAAYYYYYYYYY. Okay, I'm done lmao.

I used: Orly Shockwave for the blue, China Glaze With Love for the red, Salon Perfect Sugar Cube is the white, and The Hungry Asian Dream Car for the holographic micro glitter. White star glitters is from Sinful Colors Star Blast-Off.

This mani is quite easy to recreate. I used paper hole reinforcement stickers to create a straight curved line, the top of the top red stripe. I extended it down with my striping brush and then added a second stripe after leaving a white stripe between. At the cuticle, I filled up to the red line with Orly Shockwave. Added some stars from Sinful Colors Star Blast-Off because I can't paint stars worth a damn D: Finally, I did 2 coats of The Hungry Asian Dream Car on the white tips... because GLITTER.

You only get the stars and stripes banner design when you hold your fingers together and line up your nails, otherwise they just look like Captain America shields LOL!
