ZOYA: Fall 2019 Sensual Collection PART I [Joss, Kinsley, Foster, Briar, Margaret, & Rashida]

Zoya Sensual Collection
L→R: Joss, Kinsley, Foster, Briar, Margaret, and Rashida

HAPPY FALL, Y'ALL! The best season... that I've never actually got to experience because I've consistently lived in the South/Southeast/Southwest part of the USA but is still honestly my favoriteeeeeeeee lmao. Today I have Part I of the Zoya Fall 2019 Sensual Collection, the pinks and reds. Check out the swatches after the jump!

Zoya Joss
Joss is a "soft colonial rose cream. The perfect neutral with a kiss of pink". No idea what colonial rose means (why I'm not paid to describe colors lmao) but if I had to describe it Laceyterms I'd say it's a mauve-y nude. I did 2 coats of Joss.

Zoya Kinsley
Kinsley is described by Zoya as a "blush toned caramel cream" which isn't what I wrote in my notes (soft brown with warm undertones), but is a pretty spot on description. Nice neutral fall shade I wouldn't normally reach for, but is an awesome option. I used 2 coats of Kinsley in my swatch.

Zoya Foster
Foster is a "decadent hot chocolate cream with pink undertones". If I had to choose one shade to represent fall, I feel like this would be it. Reminds me of the crisp, dead (hahaha) leaves.  I did 2 coats of Foster.

Zoya Briar
Briar is a "red-toned terracotta cream". LOVING this color and it's unique take on a red cream polish. I don't usually gravitate toward warm toned reds, but this one is fantastic. I did 2 coats of Briar.

Zoya Margaret
Next up is Margaret, a "well-balanced, vivid auburn red cream". Always appreciate a nice, rich red no matter how many I have in my collection. I did 2 coats of Margaret, almost got away with 1 coat! My only beef with this polish is that is soooo pigmented it stuck to my cuticles really bad upon removal/clean up (you'll notice it in the next swatch haha).

Zoya Rashida
Macro: Zoya Rashida
Last but not least, Zoya Rashida is a cool-toned "dazzling ruby red with a shimmer of micro red pearl". This is a polish that will take you from fall straight into the holiday season. I love these types of micro-pearl polishes, Zoya does them SO well. I did 2 coats of Rashida.

If you like reds and warm tones, this half of the collection is definitely for you! I still have to call Briar my favorite of these 6 polishes, it's a great everyday red with a unique twist. Stay tuned for Part II (and Holiday 2019 swatches!)
