Hi guys! HAPPY FRIDAY! (we made it! haha) Today, I have the last item from my Born Pretty Store package - lace nail stickers. These come with 2 different styles - a ruffled lace finish and a bar of lace. I used the ruffled design to create a quick mani. Check out more after the jump!

Forget Me Not Friday - SQUAREHUE: Ala Moana & L'OREAL: The Sparklicious

First and foremost: HAPPY (forget me not) FRIDAY! Second, Thanks Blogger for deleting this post when I was about to post it haha *sigh* Today I have 2 polishes up for review out of my box of untrieds. A Magic Top Coat From L'oreal and a blue polish from SquareHue. Check 'em out below!

SquareHue Ala Moana

Ala Moana is a dusty medium blue creme with some pearly white shimmer. This is a nice polish in the bottle, but I don't feel like this blue was perfect for my skin color. It brought out a lot of red in my skin in real life. It might be better with stamping over it though :P

I did 4, FOUR, coats of Ala Moana. This polish seemed opaque but the formula was SO thin. Luckily, it was easy to build up and had a quick dry time so it wasn't a disaster haha.

L'Oreal The Sparklicious Magic Top Coat over SquareHue Ala Moana

Topping Ala Moana is The Sparklicious from L'Oreal's The Magic Top Coats line. I remember grabbing this in the Fall of 2013 during my move LOL. It's traveled with me quite a bit :P The Sparklicious is a top coat with black and silver glitter and holographic silver bars. Simple glitter mix but fun. ALSO - the bars were flat on the nail *phew*

I did 2 coats-ish of The Sparklicious. The first coat was NOTHING but base... this polish could use a little bit more glitter in it to be honest. The 2nd coat was after twirling the crap out of the brush in the bottle. *sigh* I wanted a glitter top coat, not a clear top coat, L'Oreal. At least the dry time was great.

Sorry these polishes are probably unattainable, besides blog sales and the eBay, but I hope you enjoyed taking a look at these brands! I feel like this week was a miss... but then again not ever untried is perfect.

Today I have swatches of Square Hue's February Box, the 1910 Collection. I've subscribed to SquareHue since 2013, I don't usually swatch 'em though haha. Last December, I won their iPad mini and Decades Collection Giveaway WOOT WOOT! So, as a thank you to them I figured I'd swatch 'em up for you each month! Check out the February box after the jump!

Today's Forget Me Not Friday features 2 polishes! #doublewhammy I have Square Hue Via Sant' Andrea and Lynderella Moo Maid to share with you today. They've been sitting around for awhile, figure I'd let them come hang out with us today!

Square Hue Via Sant' Andrea

Here's Via Sant' Andrea, is like a milk chocolate brown shade in a creme formula. Not diggin' how lobstery it's making me look in this swatch but I do like the shade of brown! Lookin at my hands right now, they don't look lobsteresque. So I don't even know LOL I digress - pretty brown that I see me pairing with a lot of colors in stamping and nail art.

I did 2 coats of Via Sant Andrea. Application was smooth and easy to work with. Dry time gave me no issues at all.

Lynnderella Moo Maid over Square Hue Via Sant' Andrea

I won this Lynnderella LE called Moo Maid in a giveaway a few months ago. There's SO MANY types of glitter in here haha I thought I'd hate it to be honest. I'm usually not a fan of those "kitchen sink" type glitters. Buttttt it looked awesome over Via Sant' Andrea, from above. The polish is mostly light turquoise blue glitters with circles, shards, stars, squares, bars, of different colors thrown into the mix.

I did 2 coats of Moo Maid over Square Hue Via Sant' Andrea. Application was easy to work with and had a nice glitter coverage. I did swirl the bottle around a few times to grab some of the larger glitters because they weren't coming out on their own. It happens, I won't hold it against ya Lynnderella haha.

Hey guys! I haven't reviewed a Square Hue box in long time so I figured I'd share this month's box with you. I've received this sub box for over a year now and these are some of the most unique colors I've received from them yet.. so I couldn't not share these fun polishes with you! Each month SquareHue releases a new collection which is a total surprise every time you get the box. This month's collection is Tokyo, featuring names of different districts and wards of Tokyo.
